Why is my registration unsuccessful?
If you are a patient, your information does not match our records.
Please retype your information again on the

page. If unsuccessful a second time, call Customer Service.
If you are a nurse, your Center ID (NxStage account number), first/last name or business email address does not match our records.

page. If unsuccessful a second time, check with your center administrator to ensure your Center ID is correct, then check with your NxStage Clinical Educator
to ensure your (NxStage) information is correct with our records.
Why am I unable to access the portal when I enter my User Login information?
You may have typed your username/password incorrectly and it does not match what is contained in our records.
Please re-enter your information again on the
Login page.

Nurses: What's my center ID / Account number
Your Center ID is your center's NxStage account number. If you don't know your Center ID, please contact your Administrator for assistance.

Will this site work on iPad, iPhone, or other mobile devices?
Currently, this site will NOT work on most mobile devices due to the fact that the online training modules require Adobe Flash.
When entering my name, email etc. should I use capital letters or lowercase?
The only item that is case sensitive is the password field.
Do I need to register more than once?
No, once your initial registration information is verified, you will receive an email with your login information
to be used for continued access to this site and other NxStage sites.
Who should I call if I have questions about completing the online learning modules?
You should call your center home training nurse to discuss use of the online modules.
Can I access this portal from the NxStage web site?
When we fully launch this portal, there will be a direct link from the NxStage.com website.
How many times can I take the online learning modules?
As many times as you want.
